Terms of Business
Payment is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice or 14 days before the event, whichever is the sooner. A charge of £50 will be levied for cancellations made up to 20 days prior to the event.
Cancellations after this period will be liable for payment of the full fee. If AETT cancel the conference/event for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded in full. However please note any associated hotel or travel expenses incurred will not be refunded.
